normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>福田项目主要负责福田辖区园岭街道、沙头街道、梅林街道、华富街道、香蜜湖街道、莲花街道、华强北街道、福保街道，8个街道范围内46座垃圾转运站和 31 座公厕管理服务，及覆盖范围内的垃圾清运服务。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>停放车辆涉及环卫清运勾臂车、环卫收运平板车、环卫收运后装式压缩车及其他员工通勤车辆。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>用于福田项目环卫车辆（勾臂车、平板车、后装压缩车等）及备用垃圾箱停放、日常检修、设备冲洗等的场地租赁，具体内容详见技术规范书。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投标人须保证出租的场地合法且无争议性，投标人为产权人或已取得产权人的充分授权；【证明文件：如投标人为原始产权人，须提供场地所有权证明文件；若投标人非原始产权人，须提供原始产权人到投标人的完整授权委托书、委托经营合同或转租合同等证明文件，证明文件需覆盖本项目周期。】；
