normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能汕尾红海湾六海上风电项目位于广东省汕尾市附近海域，场址面积62km2，水深40.7m至46.6m，场址中心离岸距离33km。本项目总规划容量为500MW，拟安装34台15MW风机，总容量为510MW，拟建设一座500kV海上升压站和一座500kV海上无功补偿站。34台风机通过8回66kV集电海缆汇集至升压站，升压站通过1回500kV海缆，经过无功补偿站后送至登陆点，登陆点位于深汕合作区小漠镇，送出海缆路由约93.74km。深汕合作区小漠镇大澳村小漠电厂西北侧新建一座集控中心，集控中心解口华润小漠电厂至500kV深汕站线路接入电网（最终以电网公司接入系统方案批复意见为准）。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能汕尾红海湾六海上风电项目设备监造服务采购项目招标范围为对风机设备（含塔筒）、66KV海底电缆及500KV海底电缆、变压器、GIS、高压电抗器的部件、原材料和附件的制造、检验及包装过程中的进度、质量进行制造过程监督和控制，定期（周、月）提交监造报告，项目结束后提供监造总结报告，配合招标人创国家优质工程奖。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投标人应为响应招标、参加投标竞争的中华人民共和国境内注册的企业法人或其他组织，且具有独立订立合同的权力。（证明文件：提供有效的营业执照或其他主体证明文件复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章）

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.3 投标人自2015年8月1日起至投标截止日（以合同签订日期为准），至少具有1项已投运的200MW及以上海上风电项目主要设备(至少包括海上风电项目风机设备（含塔筒）、主变、GIS、高抗、海底电缆）的监造业绩。（证明文件：提供清晰的包括合同封面、合同主要内容（须包括上述主要设备）、合同签署时间、签字盖章页、投运证明等关键信息的业绩合同复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章）
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.4 投标人拟为本项目委派的总监造工程师须同时满足以下要求：
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）具有注册设备监理师资格证书且为投标人正式员工；
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:12.0pt; line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>（2）自2015年8月1日至投标截止日（以合同签订日期为准）担任过至少1个海上风电项目的总监造工程师业绩且项目已投运。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:12.05pt; line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>（证明文件：提供有效期内的证书复印件、业绩合同复印件（须清晰的体现合同封面、合同主要内容、合同签署时间、签字盖章页、投运证明以及设备监造总监造工程师的岗位职责等关键信息，若业绩合同无法体现设备监造总监造工程师的岗位职责，则须提供用户盖章证明文件）以及投标人为其缴纳的2025年05月-2025年07月的社保证明材料，加盖投标人公章或电子章）
