normalIndent style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>招标范围：二期升压区域、#3、#4号机循环水泵房、汽机房0米、汽机房8.5米、汽机房17米、炉给煤机平台（含锅炉17米）、磨煤机区域、锅炉房0米、锅炉、汽机及保安配电室，#3号机10kV配电室、#3、#4电子间、一期、二期集控室区域、T5转运站以及特殊材料库等区域的环氧自流坪施工、设备基础台修复、警示线涂刷、安全目视化标识刷漆、文化墙、设备管理展板、标识标牌、外立面建筑物楼宇名标识牌的设计、制作、安装等。具体详见“第八章 技术规范书”。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.2投标人2015年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签订时间为准）至少有1项安全生产目视化项目的实施业绩（提供业绩证明文件合同复印件并加盖投标人公章或电子章，证明文件中须清晰体现包括合同封面、签订时间、签字盖章页以及能清晰显示与业绩要求相关的技术参数的关键页)。
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.3投标截止时间前，投标人未被列入信用中国网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）严重失信、经营异常名单（证明文件：投标人无需提供证明文件，以评标委员会在开标当日的“信用中国”网站查询结果为准）。
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all'>4.4投标人近三年未发生一般及以上的安全和质量事故。（证明文件：投标人自行承诺，招标人提供承诺书参考格式，加盖投标人公章或电子章）。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）开标：在开标时间各投标人通过“深能招投标平台”进行线上开标，投标人需准备好数字证书（CA证书）、网络及电脑，在开标时间用CA解密标书。操作详见办事指南。投标人未在规定的投标截止时间前完成投标文件上传并签到，或未及时解密投标文件，或加密投标文件解密失败后未及时上传非加密投标文件，均视为投标人放弃投标。
