normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>对封开县全县1个街道及15个乡镇的垃圾运转站进行升级改造，共升级改造19个垃圾站，主要建设内容拆除部分旧有建筑，通过重建或改建墙面、地面、排水沟、管线，更新压缩设备，新增喷淋系统、除臭系统、监控系统等方式对运转站进行整体升级改造。具体内容详见技术规范书。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>服务范围为本工程规划土地内相关建筑物、构筑物的所有报建报批设计文件、方案设计、初步设计（含概算）、施工图设计（含建筑、结构、给水排水、电气、消防、室外配套工程等专业设计）、施工图送审配合、配合施工及竣工验收及相关报建、施工招标配合、现场指导与监督等。具体内容详见技术规范书。
