normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目建设地点位于广东省河源市紫金县临江镇；本项目包含锅炉、烟气、汽机、污水等区域地面的环氧地坪施工、通道标线和定置化标线施工、区域内承台、柱脚找平后涂刷地坪漆、区域内地沟边角修复、看火平台区域钢板更换等内容。具体内容详见技术规范书。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目招标范围为河源市深能绿源环保有限公司2026年全厂自流平服务项目，具体施工工期为开工后1个月内完成；本项目包含锅炉、烟气、汽机、污水等区域地面的环氧地坪施工、通道标线和定置化标线施工、区域内承台、柱脚找平后涂刷地坪漆、区域内地沟边角修复、看火平台区域钢板更换等内容。具体内容详见技术规范书。投标人必须对本项目的全部内容进行投标，不允许只对部分内容进行投标。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投标人须具有建筑工程施工总承包叁级（或以上）资质或建筑装修装饰工程专业承包贰级（或以上）资质，并持有有效的《安全生产许可证》。【证明文件：提供由资质证书和《安全生产许可证》复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章】；
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.3 投标人未被列入“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）“严重失信主体名单”、“失信被执行人”、“重大税收违法失信主体名单” ，以及未被列入“信用电力”网站（creditpower.cec.org.cn）“黑名单”；【投标人无需提供证明文件，以评标委员会在评标当日查询结果为准】；
normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.4 投标人财务状况良好、无破产、资产被冻结等情况，在近3年内没有发生过重大质量事故、安全事故、环保事故，以及在近5年内不曾在任何合同中违约或被逐或因投标人的原因而使任何合同被解除。【证明文件：提供《资信承诺函》原件，按招标文件格式1-10内容填写，加盖投标人公章】
