normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投标人必须具备市级或以上公安机关核发的《保安服务许可证》（证明文件：须提供保安服务许可证复印件加盖投标人公章或电子签章）；
normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>5.3 投标人在“国家企业信用信息公示系统”网站（www.gsxt.gov.cn）未被列入经营异常名录和严重违法失信企业名单；且在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）未被列入失信被执行人（证明文件：投标人提供网站查询截图复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子签章，评标委员会在开标当日在网站查询复核）；

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）开标：在开标时间各投标人通过“深能招标平台”进行线上开标，投标人需准备好数字证书（CA证书）、网络及电脑，在开标时间用CA解密标书。操作详见办事指南。投标人未在规定的投标截止时间前完成投标文件上传并签到，或未及时解密投标文件，或加密投标文件解密失败后未及时上传非加密投标文件，均视为投标人放弃投标。
