normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能锡林郭勒西乌珠穆沁旗电网侧压缩空气储能项目位于内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟西乌珠穆沁旗巴彦花镇境内，项目建设规模为3×350MW/4200MWh（持续发电4小时）非补燃式压缩空气储能电站一座，本工程储气库采用人工硐室方案，储热采用中温技术路线，整体满足在额定工况下充电时长6.5小时，达到满功率持续发电4小时的能力，整套系统电-电效率不低于65%。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目采用EPC总承包模式，计划分别签订地下储气库工程和地面电站工程两份EPC总承包合同。项目计划于2027年12月投产，2028年6月完成整体竣工验收，预计总工期为27个月，预计总投资约68亿元。

normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.3投标人须自2016年1月1日至今，在国内拥有至少一项压缩空气储能地面电站或单机规模350MW及以上的燃煤或燃气发电项目的主体工程造价咨询服务或全过程跟踪审计服务的实施案例。本招标项目有效业绩（实施案例）的时间认定以审计合同签订的时间为准（下同）。（证明文件：合同关键页扫描件，需清晰项目规模、工作内容等评审要素，加盖投标人公章或电子章）（此处已申报的实施案例不再纳入商务评分）

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）开标：在开标时间各投标人通过“深能招标平台”进行线上开标，投标人需准备好数字证书（CA证书）、网络及电脑，在开标时间用CA解密标书。操作详见办事指南。投标人未在规定的投标截止时间前完成投标文件上传并签到，或未及时解密投标文件，或加密投标文件解密失败后未及时上传非加密投标文件，均视为投标人放弃投标。
