normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目的招标范围为： 深圳市能源电力服务有限公司餐饮管理分公司所辖4家惠州燃气职工食堂材料配送，包括但不限于：生鲜类（蔬菜、水果、肉、海产品等）和冻品类、粮油、调味料、干货等食堂材料及洗涤剂、低值易耗品等。具体内容详见招标文件第八章技术规范书的有关规定并以其为准。最终采购数量以订单下达的实际采购数量为准，招标人不承诺采购量。
本次招标范围包含深圳市能源电力服务有限公司餐饮管理分公司所辖4家惠州燃气公司食堂。

拟确认1家供应商。由评标委员会推荐 2 名中标候选人，招标人将确定第一中标候选人为中标人。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>1)本次投标采用深圳能源集团电子招标投标平台（以下简称“深能招标平台”）电子投标（简称“线上”）方式。投标人须同时制作一份纸质版投标文件并在开标当日通过邮寄方式寄送至招标人处存档备查（开标当日寄出，纸质文件与电子平台版本如有矛盾的，以上传电子招标投标平台的电子版本为准）。如果本次开标方式为两阶段开标，开标当日只寄第一阶段投标文件，即不含报价部分；进入第二阶段的投标人，三日内寄出第二阶段投标文件，即报价部分；如提前寄出报价文件，概不退回 ），开标当日应向招标人及招标代理以短信或邮件方式提供快递单号。
