normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>为全面提升北控公司下属各场站的安全生产标准化管理水平，统一企业形象，强化风险防控能力，依据《深圳能源品牌视觉形象手册》要求，现对北控公司风电、光伏、热电、制氢合成氨四大业态的安全标准化目视化物品进行集中框架采购，旨在打造安全、规范、统一的作业环境。
normal style='line-height:150%'>2.2 框架协议周期：36个月，框架协议有效期内根据招标人下达的书面通知，中标人于15日内完成对应批次目视化物品的供货及安装工作。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本次招标为“深能北方能源控股有限公司2026-2028年度目视化物品集中采购框架”，中标人负责完成北控公司下属各场站目视化物品（含标识牌、安全警示标识、宣传栏、公告栏、标线、防撞条等）的供货、运输、卸货、保管、现场安装及质保期内服务等全部工作。
